Privacy notice

What this notice covers

This notice covers Gerry's public marketing and coming-soon websites. They present information and examples. They offer a waitlist form. They do not offer a live chat or a place to upload your files. Example conversations are illustrations, not customer records.

Using Gerry in a company workspace involves different data and agreements. See Customer workspace data below. This website notice is not a data-processing agreement.

Who operates the sites

Information from website visits

Serving and protecting the site

Cloudflare hosts the sites. It receives network information needed to deliver pages, including your IP address and request details. Its processing is separate from the optional analytics described below. Review Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Hosting and security log retention: Cloudflare hosts the site. Cloudflare keeps the request and security logs that it needs to run and protect its service, and Cloudflare sets how long it keeps them. We do not turn on Workers Logs for this site.

Hosting cookies: The site uses the browser storage described in this notice. Anonymous checks on October 11, 2026 found no cookies set by the homepage or its stylesheet and analytics script. Cloudflare can use security cookies when it applies bot protection or challenges. Those cookies depend on the protection applied to a request; the check does not cover every response.

Your choices on this device

The site saves your analytics choice in your browser. The marketing site also saves a light or dark theme when you choose one. These settings stay on your device until you change them or clear site data. See the storage and cookie notice.

Optional visit analytics

Only if you allow analytics, the site loads PostHog to measure visits and use of pages, examples, and downloads. Events include page paths, referring website names, selected campaign labels, browser and device information, and actions such as copying an example request or choosing a team page. PostHog uses random visitor and session identifiers.

The tracker is configured without session replay, automatic click capture, heatmaps, or person profiles. It excludes full query strings and form or chat text from the events it sends. Do not put personal or confidential information in campaign labels or page URLs.

PostHog receives your IP address during the connection. The site asks PostHog not to store it or derive location from it. Analytics goes to PostHog's US service. Read PostHog's privacy policy.

Analytics retention: PostHog retains event data for one year on the free plan currently used by these sites. This period is separate from browser storage and the records used to administer the provider's own service.

Contacting us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any details you choose to include. We use them to respond to your request.

Contact records, providers, and retention: Messages sent to support@ejmlabs.com go to a mailbox that Google hosts for ejmlabs, llc. We keep a message until we no longer need it to answer you or to keep a record of your request. Ask us to delete it and we will.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and a short description of your use case. If you choose to add them, we also collect your name, company, team, and chat platform. We also record which site you used and when. We use these details only to contact you about access to Gerry and to decide who to invite first.

Cloudflare processes the form on its network. The details are then stored in Gerry's application database, where authorized Gerry staff can read, edit, export, and delete them. We do not send waitlist details to analytics. Joining does not create a Gerry account.

Waitlist retention: Up to 12 months after you join, or sooner if you ask us to delete your details or we remove them.

To correct or delete your details, email the privacy contact above.

Why we use this information

Optional analytics relies on your consent. You can withdraw it through Privacy choices without affecting the site's information.

Legal basis for other website and contact processing: We rely on legitimate interests to host and secure the site and to answer messages that people send us. Our interest is to keep the site working and safe. Optional analytics runs only with your consent.

Your analytics choice

Analytics starts only after you select Allow analytics. Choose No thanks to use the site without it. The Privacy choices button on every page lets you change your decision. Withdrawing consent stops new analytics events; it does not remove events already sent.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep optional analytics off, even if you previously allowed it. Local previews do not send analytics. Cloudflare still needs to receive your web requests to serve the site.

Customer workspace data

Gerry's service can process workspace identities, messages, attachments, connected-service data, generated files, saved instructions and memories, usage records, and billing information. The data involved depends on the features and connections the customer enables.

A customer agreement and data-processing agreement must define the customer and operator's roles, instructions, approved providers, access, retention, deletion, and transfer arrangements. This website notice does not authorize those connections or extend access to customer data.

For a request about data your organization supplies to Gerry, start with your workspace administrator. The operator supports customer-controller requests under the applicable agreement. Requests about the operator's own account, support, or website records go to the privacy contact above.

The first customer release excludes patient data and protected health information (PHI). These pages do not permit customers to send that data to Gerry or claim that HIPAA requirements have been met.

Privacy requests

Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information; object to or restrict its use; withdraw consent; or complain to a data protection authority. Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. Clearing browser storage does not delete records held by a service provider.

Send requests to the privacy contact above. The operator may need to confirm your identity and which records the request concerns. Do not send passwords, access tokens, patient data, or unnecessary sensitive documents with your request.

Locations and transfers

Cloudflare uses a global network, and the site's PostHog analytics endpoint is in the United States. Data may therefore be processed outside the country where you live.

Applicable transfer safeguards: ejmlabs, llc has accepted the data processing terms of Cloudflare and PostHog. Those terms set the safeguards for transfers of data to other countries. To get a copy, write to support@ejmlabs.com.

Changes to this notice

The date above identifies the latest revision. We will update this notice when our practices change. A new purpose for optional analytics may require a new choice. These sites are intended for a business audience.
